A: Before you install our programs, please make sure that you are logged on your computer as Administrator or have Administrator rights. The installation wizard will finish in a few seconds.

A: After adding multimedia files, click the file name->click "Trim"->set the start and end spot->cut clip.
Then click "OK".The conversion result will be the part you want to get.

6. How can I set the output file name?

A: After adding multimedia files, click the file name->click "OutputName".You can specify the output file name by prefix, postfix, date and separating char. There are five separating chars for your choice

A: 1. Click Start->Programs->X2Xsoft->make right click on the program you want to remove and select "delete"
